Enabled me to learn rapidly and with confidence

I worked with Alex starting about 1 and half months before I had to take the SAT. I’ve always struggled my way forward through the education system, and was extremely nervous about getting a high score on the SAT. Alex’s tutoring enabled me to learn rapidly and with confidence, and helped increase my score by 470 points. As hard as it was, he did a great job keeping me accountable and on track, as well as making accommodations to make my learning experience smoother. He worked to drive my engagement by really engaging with me in conversation, whether it be asking about current goals or challenging my decision making process. In such a short amount of time, I was able to really refresh my general math and literacy skills which is now allowing me to go on to college.
