  2. Send alex@learningcompany.io your completed w9.

Reminders:

  • Name each tutoring session [student first initial] + [student last name], i.e. “ALeopold” for “Alex Leopold” and invite alex@learningcompany.io to them all.

  • You get paid weekly for scheduled sessions, reschedules, and cancellations.

  • You are contractually obligated to record and transcribe the entirety of every session using Google Meet. When Meet emails you each recording and transcript, move the file to your student’s folder, which has the same name as that student’s calendar events and which I will create and share with you.
